TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

When you make a purchase from Bypest Environmental Services Limited you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. (Your statutory customer rights are not affected)

“Company” means Bypest Environmental Services Limited of Kemp House, 152 - 160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

“Customer” or “you” means the person or company placing an order via the website to purchase any of the products.

“Service” means the products or services offered for sale by Bypest Environmental Services Limited

“Job” or “Works means any agreed or scheduled work between the Company and the Customer

GENERAL
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of all Products and/or Services by the Company, to the Customer. All other terms and conditions express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
It is the Customers responsibility to follow the “Your Obligations” guidelines given in the Inspection Report.

PRICE
1.1 All prices are quoted in £ Sterling (and are inclusive of VAT), unless otherwise specified.
1.2 VAT will be payable at the prevailing rate.

PAYMENT
2.1 Unless otherwise agreed payment shall be made within thirty days from the date of invoice.
2.2 Late/non payment of the agreed terms or abuse of this service will result in your account being sent to our debt recovery agents, Redwood Collections Limited and cancellation of your account with us, except for emergencies and duty of care cases. You will become liable for any and all costs incurred once your debt has been sent to Redwood Collections Limited.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to allocate 5% interest above the bank of England base rate on all late accounts.

THE SERVICE
3.1 All works will be performed with the up most care and attention.
3.2 The Company will undertake all work as stipulated in the quote.

CANCELLATION
4.1 The Customer must alert the Company 24 hours prior to scheduled works being carried out to cancel and re-scheduled the Job
4.2 The Company reserve the right to Invoice the customer for any Job which has been cancelled during or before work being commenced.

OWNERSHIP OF RECORDS
5.1 Case records and similar documents are the property of and retained by Bypest Environmental Services Limited.
5.2 We do not and will not sell or release information provided by you to any other third parties, except when in connection with your orders, or in exceptional cases of debt recovery, or unless required by law.

LIABILITY
6.1 The Company does not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury to any domestic animals, livestock, birds, goods or equipment unless the loss, damage or injury was occasioned by negligence of themselves or their staff. Notice of such loss, damage or injury must be notified in writing to the Company within 7 (seven) days of occurrence.

LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
